Discover the secrets of meadows using the wonderful Great Dixter meadows as a case study. You will be taken through the process of creating and maintaining a meadow looking at various meadows within the Great Dixter estate as well as considering the crucial role they have to play in creating a mosaic of habitats to support biodiversity. Includes slides and talks and sessions in the meadows.

The garden sessions will include the opportunity to see the meadows at the peak of orchid flowering time and will include an exercise looking at different patches of grass to formulate a way forward to creating a flower rich meadow.
